Controller."
This Privacy Policy has been adopted to ensure the continuation and enhancement of our operations in
accordance with these principles. It outlines the types of data we collect, how we use, store, protect, and
share this information, and the procedure for withdrawing your consent for data processing.
Please note that capitalized terms used in this Policy have the same meaning as specified in the Terms
and Conditions unless defined separately in this Policy.
2. Collection of Personal Data and Method
olnx.ai collects and processes certain personal data as part of providing our services. This includes:
2.1 Face Data
● We collect facial images and landmarks when you upload photos to the app. These are
necessary for applying AI-generated clothing to your image and providing a history of generated
images for you.
● The collected face data is stored securely on our servers to maintain a history of your generated
images and to enhance the AI’s performance in future image processing.
2.2 Other Personal Data
● Device Information: Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), Identifier for Vendors/Developers (IDVF),
and Internet Protocol Address (IP Address) associated with the mobile device used to access our
services.
● In-App Purchase Information: If applicable, data related to any purchases made within the app.
● Usage Data: Log data such as the device name, operating system version, app configuration,
and time/date of use may be collected to help us improve app performance.
3. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
We process your personal data in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as articles 5
and 6 of the PDP Law, through automated or non-automated means. Processing is carried out under one
or more of the following legal bases:
● Expressly permitted by laws
● Necessary for the performance of a contract
● For the legitimate interests of olnx.ai, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are
protected.
3.1 Purpose of Processing Face Data
● AI Image Generation: We collect and store facial images and landmarks to apply AI-generated
digital clothing to user-uploaded photos. These images are processed using AI, and a history of
generated images is stored to allow users to access previously created looks.
● Enhancement of Services: The collected data may be used to improve our AI's capabilities and
user experience.

4. Data Retention and Storage
4.1 Face Data Retention
● Your face data is securely stored on our servers for as long as you continue using the app.
Although there is no account creation at this time, the stored face data is retained to maintain a
history of your generated images. If you no longer wish for your face data to be stored, you can
uninstall the app, but olnx.ai currently does not provide an option for deleting face data directly.
4.2 Data Security
● We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption and access controls, to
protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties, except in the
following cases:
● Service Providers: We may share your data with trusted service providers who assist in the
operation of the app, such as cloud storage and AI image processing providers. These providers
are required to protect your data and comply with privacy laws.
● Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information to comply with legal obligations or to
protect the rights and safety of our users.

smoothly. olnx.ai uses cookies to operate and improve the app's functionality. You may manage cookies

● Access Your Data: You have the right to request information on whether your personal data is
being processed.
● Correction of Data: You may request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
● Deletion of Data: You may request the deletion of your personal data when processing is no
longer necessary, though currently, olnx.ai does not offer account deletion functionality.
